Environmental Quality Board

The Environmental Quality Board is made up of 9 agency heads and 8 citizen members. In addition to other duties, we provide leadership and coordination across agencies on priority environmental issues that are multi-jurisdictional, and multi-dimensional, as well as provide for opportunities for public access and engagement.

Citizen Environmental Review Survey

Who: Minnesota citizens who have completed at least one engagement activity (reviewed a document, attended a public meeting, wrote a comment, contacted staff, etc.) for at least one proposed project under the environmental review process.

What: The Environmental Quality Board, which oversees the state’s Environmental Review program, is undergoing a continuous improvement project to monitor and improve the effectiveness of Environmental Review. Please consider taking 10 minutes to complete the survey at the link below.
