Citizens from across the St. Croix Valley and beyond gathered to brainstorm ideas to improve water quality at the last of 12 statewide Water Quality Town Halls orchestrated by the office of Governor Mark Dayton Oct. 5.
The town hall took place at Stillwater Area High School, and drew state and local elected representatives, as well as scientists, activists and members of the public. The town hall series is part of Dayton's 25 by 25 water quality goal, which aims to improve the water quality in Minnesota 25 percent by the year 2025.
