At this meeting, the board will go into closed session as permitted by attorney-client privilege in order to discuss and receive legal advice on the possibility of participating in the legal case related to the petition for an EAW for the Kinseth Hotel in Duluth. During the open session the board will hear an update on the Pollinator Action Framework, the 2020 State Water Plan Implementation update, and a Clean Water Council update. If time allows, the board will also vote on the updated per diem and expense policy.

We welcome written comments from the public. Written comments will be accepted until noon the day before the board meeting. Please email written comments to info.eqb@state.mn.us or mail them to Environmental Quality Board, 520 Lafayette Road, St. Paul, MN 55155. Staff will post comments to the board meeting webpage and distribute compiled comments to board members by the end of that business day (Tuesday). Written comments received after the deadline will be included in the next board meeting packet.
