Public Meeting on Notice of Intent To Adopt Rules Without a Hearing

The Minnesota Environmental Quality Board intends to amend environmental review rules relating to large electric power plants and high-voltage transmission lines in proceedings before the Public Utilities Commission, Minnesota Rules, Chapter 4410, and technical amendments to rules governing power plant siting and high-voltage transmission line routing, Minnesota Rules, Chapter 4400.

MEQB is holding public meetings for interested parties on May 28th, at 1:30pm and at 7pm. The meetings will be held in Conference Room 302 in the Centennial Office Building, 658 Cedar Street, Saint Paul, MN.
