At this meeting, the board will hear an overview of the EQB budget and workplan for the first half of 2023, and an overview of the budget request for a Minnesota-based emissions assessment tool and guidance to support implementation of the EAW process. The board will also hear a process update in regard to the environmental review continuous improvement effort.

We welcome written comments from the public. Written comments will be accepted until noon the day before the board meeting. Please email written comments to info.eqb@state.mn.us or mail them to Environmental Quality Board, 520 Lafayette Road, St. Paul, MN 55155. Staff will post comments to the board meeting webpage and distribute compiled comments to board members by the end of that business day (Tuesday). Written comments received after the deadline will be included in the next board meeting packet.
