Work from October 1999 through February 2000 was compiled in the 2000 basin reports, which shaped the State’s ten-year water plan, Minnesota Watermarks: Gauging the Flow of Progress 2000-2010.
Work done by the basin teams from February 2001 until February 2002 is found in the 2002 basin reports. The teams’ reports continue Water Unification Initiative work and were used to develop the Biennial Water Priorities Report, which identifies water program funding priorities to be considered when developing the 2004-2005 biennial budget.
