Minnesota Gov. Mark Dayton spoke with area residents during the Water Quality Town Hall meeting held at Southwest Minnesota State University Thursday night. About 200 people attended the event, where members of the public had a chance to talk about water quality challenges facing their communities, as well as to share ideas for protecting and improving Minnesota’s water quality.
