The Environmental Quality Board (EQB or Board) convened a subcommittee of Board members through December 2022 to oversee implementation of a forward thinking Pilot Program that will track participant experiences and assess the effectiveness of new information related to climate change that is now included on the Draft Revised Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) form.
This subcommittee will lead the Pilot Program by guiding staff through implementation, establishing metrics for determining effectiveness of the climate information and considering public feedback before Board members approve the final EAW form.
SPPI will meet, as needed through design and assessment of the Pilot Program. Meeting notices will appear in the EQB Monitor at least one week prior to the meeting. All public voices are important and time on meeting agendas will be reserved for anyone attending the meeting to provide feedback.
For more detailed background information on the Pilot Program, go to the Climate Change and Environmental Review Project page.
