The Mandatory Environmental Review Categories Report reviews the mandatory categories currently included in Minn. R. 4410. The report was prepared in response to Minnesota laws 2012, Chapter 150—S.F. No. 1567, Article 2, Section 3. The report was presented to the Environmental Quality Board at its January 2013 meeting. The EQB portion of the report is approved by the EQB Chair. The portions of the report prepared by the Department of Transportation, the Department of Natural Resources, and the Pollution Control Agency are approved by those agencies, respectively. xxxxx Viewing PDF Documents
