Request for Minor Alteration

ITC Midwest, LLC (ITC) is requesting a minor alteration to construct a new transmission switching station in Faribault County.  The station will accommodate the interconnection of the Big Blue Wind Farm with ITC's existing Winnebago Junction - Buffalo Center 161 kV transmission line.

Notice of Minor Alteration Application and Comment Period

Department of Commerce, Energy Facility Permitting  (EFP) staff is soliciting comments on a proposed minor alteration to construct the Faribault switch station in Faribault County, Minn.  Comments on the application will be accepted through August 12, 2011.
